- Log in to acfas.org above in the blue bar at the top of the website. Your user name is your ACFAS ID number and your password is your ACFAS ID + first and last name initials (lowercase) or your unique password you created.
- After you've logged in, visit the CME Credit Website.

26 Continuing Education Contact Hours Available
The American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons (ACFAS) is approved by the Council on Podiatric Medical Education as a provider of continuing education in podiatric medicine. ACFAS has approved this activity for a maximum of 26 continuing education contact hours.
Attendance at preconference workshops will provide additional Continuing Education Contact Hours.
CME Credit Verification
CPME 720 – Standards and Requirements for Approval of Providers of Continuing Education in Podiatric Medicine
The provider shall perform a minimum of two attendance verifications during each day of continuing education activity. An activity of four hours or less requires single attendance verification. (7.3)
CME Credits Scanning
For this conference, Continuing Education Credits will be recorded electronically by scanning the barcode on the back of your registrant badge. Scanning booths will be located in the Exhibit Hall during morning and afternoon breaks Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday morning. Wednesday afternoon and Thursday morning scanners will be located in the lobby break area.
Certificates of Attendance and Transcripts
Certificates of Attendance and Transcripts for the 2017 Annual Scientific Conference will be available online at acfas.org after March 30, 2017. Each conference registrant is responsible for reporting his or her attendance/credit hours to all appropriate boards and agencies requiring continuing education.
California Radiology Credit
Every hour of lecture in scientific sessions can confer up to 0.6 hour of radiology credit.
