In the September/October 2005 Journal of the American Foot & Ankle Surgery, the ACFAS published the ACFAS Scoring Scale User Manual.
It is our hope that ACFAS members and foot and ankle surgeons will adapt these forms for the evaluation of clinical research.
You can access the entire ACFAS Scoring Scale User Manual (pdf) online. You can also download the individual modules, including patient subjective assessment and objective clinical evaluations, and print them in volume for your clinical projects.
Most of the criteria in the modules are self explanatory, but measurements that are not commonly used or which may have some variation of measurement are illustrated and described in the user manual. Therefore, we strongly suggest that you refer to the user manual when using the individual modules.
