Dr. Wooten is a board qualified fellowship-trained foot and ankle surgeon specializing in advanced foot and ankle reconstruction, including total ankle replacements, sports medicine, trauma, and limb salvage. Dr. Wooten completed her DPM at Kent State College of Podiatric Medicine. She went on to residency at the University of Louisville Hospital Podiatric Residency Program in Louisville, Kentucky, followed by an additional one-year fellowship at The CORE Institute in Phoenix, Arizona. Through this extensive year of training, she performed over 1000 cases strictly foot and ankle related. There was a large emphasis on total ankle replacements, trauma, forefoot/rearfoot reconstruction, and limb salvage. She currently works at an Orthopedic group in Macon, GA.

Panelist: Kelsey J. Millonig, DPM, MPH, AACFAS
Dr. Millonig practices at East Village Foot and Ankle Surgeons in Des Moines, IA. She completed her medical education at Des Moines University, earning dual degrees in Doctor of Podiatric Medicine and Masters in Public Health. Dr. Millonig completed her surgical residency at Franciscan Foot and Ankle Institute in Federal Way, WA and her Foot and Ankle Deformity Correction and Orthoplastics fellowship at the Rubin Institute of Advanced Orthopedics International Center for Limb Lengthening in Baltimore, MD. Dr. Millonig has served in medical service trips in five countries including the Yucatan Crippled Children’s Project and Uganda Clubfoot Care Project. She has authored multiple articles in medical journals and textbooks and has earned several scholarly awards.

Panelist: Nilin M. Rao, DPM, PhD, AACFAS
Dr. Rao is a fellowship-trained foot and ankle surgeon from Cleveland, OH. He has a strong interest in foot and ankle trauma, arthroscopy, cartilage repair/restoration and sports injuries. Dr. Rao completed his residency training at Highlands-Presbyterian/ St. Luke’s Medical Center in Denver, CO, and later completed his fellowship in foot and ankle reconstructive surgery, trauma and sports medicine at the Silicon Valley Reconstructive Foot & Ankle Surgery Fellowship in Mountain View, CA. He enjoys spending his free time with his amazing wife Lizzy and 11-month old son, Atlas. Dr. Rao is now in practice at Integrated Orthopedics of Arizona in Scottsdale, AZ.

Calvin J. Rushing, DPM, AACFAS
Dr. Rushing is a fellowship-trained podiatric surgeon with specialty in advanced reconstruction, including total ankle replacement, arthroscopic cartilage repair, deformity correction, minimally invasive surgery, sports injuries, and trauma, at the Dallas Orthopedic and Shoulder Institute, Texas.  He received his DPM from Barry University and then completed his residency at Westside Regional Medical Center in Plantation, Florida.  This was followed by an additional one-year fellowship in advanced reconstruction at the prestigious Orthopedic Foot & Ankle Center in Worthington, Ohio.  Dr. Rushing is an avid researcher, educator and innovator and is the recipient of several awards and distinctions.
