Complimentary Webinar: Mindfulness and Medicine

The stress of the past year and the pandemic are getting to all of us. Need a tool to help deal with everything? This webinar will discuss mindfulness and the science behind mindful meditation. The mindfulness-based practice helps participants tune their minds, track thought patterns, and become more conscious of associated physical sensations. This is especially useful for physicians to help decrease stress, anxiety, and manage expectations. Mindfulness also helps to develop calmness and provide clarity in thought during times of stress.
