Developed by ACFAS members and for ACFAS members, the provides the knowledge, resources, mentoring & networking opportunities to develop the key skills needed to succeed as leaders and ambassadors of the profession while infusing the diversity and talent of future leaders into the ACFAS volunteer pipeline.

 

Participants will complete series of online modules, mentor/mentee work assignments, and a capstone project. The program will culminate with a final in-person meeting in advance of the 2024 ACFAS Annual Scientific Conference in Tampa.
