- September 30 - Deadline to Submit Completed Applications and Rosters
- Early October - Deadline to Submit Abstract for Annual Scientific Conference Poster Contest
- October 15 - Deadline to Submit First Semester Activity Report
- February 15 - Deadline to Submit Second Semester Activity Report

All ACFAS Student Club members are required to complete this application at the start of the school year. Each Student Club president should submit all completed forms back to ACFAS by September 15. To join, please contact your ACFAS Student Club president.

ACFAS Student Clubs are required to submit a report of planned activities for the semester. This helps the College understand how stipend funds are being used, and allows the College to work on other outreach ideas to assist the clubs in their goals for their membership. The report should be submitted twice a year: October 15 and February 15.
