Program Summary/Training Goals:
- The Dallas Advanced Foot & Ankle Reconstruction Fellowship is an intensive one-year program with a heavy emphasis on the development of fellows’ surgical skills, clinical acumen, research, and industry.
- Complex reconstruction and revision surgery, as well as minimally invasive surgery, and trauma afford each fellow the opportunity to participate in approximately 600 cases, compromising over 1000 procedures.
- Clinical acumen and billing is developed in the setting of orthopedic and podiatric private practice(s), and research proficiency is garnered by numerous projects and collaborations throughout the year with other fellowship programs and their respective fellows.
- Contract negotiation, industry, and leadership development and didactics complete the intensive and demanding 12-month program.
- Invitation to the program is an invitation to join a life-long family of passionately driven podiatric surgeons, leading by example, and setting an unapologetic standard of excellence.
