The day starts with topics such as understanding the ins and outs of CPME’s 320 Standards; learning skills for conflict resolution and advice on dealing with issues of harassment; and insight on how to establish work/life balance. We’ll finish the day with tools to help with your post-residency life, such as how to promote yourself properly; the importance of proper documentation and informed consent; and advice on deciding between heading toward a fellowship, or moving straight into practice, and how to find a job.
